- 3 days registration:

Standard for academic and industrial (regular) - 750€ (from October 12 to October 25, 2016)

Early bird for student - 420€ (until October 11, 2016)

Standard for student - 450€ (from October 12 to October 25, 2016)

• Access to Exhibition and Poster Area
• Conference bag and name badge
• Conference Program and Abstracts
• Three free lunches from November 2nd to November 4th, 2016
• Coffee/tea during the breaks
• Free entrance to UTOPIALES 2016
• ŸBanquet  on November 3rd, 2016

- One day registration: only for November 3^rd: 220€

The "one day" registration fee includes:

• Admission to all scientific sessions during November 3rd and B to B meeting
• Access to Exhibition and Poster Area
• Conference bag and name badge
• Conference Program and Abstracts
• Lunch on November 3rd, 2016
• Coffee/tea during the breaks
• ŸBanquet on November 3rd, 2016

- To avoid food waste, you must confirm your participation at lunches and banquet.

- Cancellation policy:

Cancellations of Conference registration will not be refunded, other than exceptional circumstances to be reviewed and agreed by the organizing committee.

- CNRS agents:

After online registration, CNRS agents will receive automatically a pre-order form by e-mail.
